Calculate Distance between two cities

For calculating distance between two cities

Using Google Maps

1. Go to http://www.maps.google.com

2. Click on "Get Directions" button

3. New page will be displayed

4. Then type place A name and Place B name

5. Then click on Get Directions button

6. It will show distance and direction within few moments

Using Wikimapia for customozed path

1. Goto http://www.wikimapia.org

2. Search for city you want to start journey from

3. Now from the page click on scale icon ( "Distance measure" button ) displayed at top left corner of
    the page

4. Now you have control over the route you want to go

5. Start drawing route to the place you want to go

6. It will display distance covered in the right top corner
