Quesetion : "System" process using 100% CPU usage why?
Cause: Mostly like cause for this could be USB devices
Solution:
Check all the USB devices connected to the ports.
Try removing one by one and observe the CPU usage in Task Manager.
OR
Remove all the USB devices except keyboard and mouse and then try connecting one by one and observe the CPU usage in Task Manager.
This way you will mostly likely find out the culprit.
Once found try replacing the USB device driver or device itself.
All the best :)

Useful tool for troubleshooting
Advanced Process Explorer from Sysinternals
Downoad it from here

Problem 2:
Even After spyware scan, antivirus scan the system is slow.
Cause
Then the problem could be with Hardware Interrupts.
Start Process Explorer from Sysinternals and look for "Hardware Interrupts".
Check if it is using 40-50% of CPU time.
Solution :
If yes, then goto
Device Manager -> IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers -> Primay IDE Channel / Secondary IDE Channel -> Properties -> Advanced Settings -> Current Transfer mode.
If "Current Transfer Mode " is "PIO" then delete this entry and restart the computer.
Let windows install it automaticlaly on restart.
After this your machine will be back to normal speed
If this doesnt solve your problem
