How to loose weight

1. Drink at least 2 ltrs of water in the morning immediately after waking up
2. Have one tea spoon of honey in a glass of warm water
3. Have lunch and comparatively ligher dinner
4. Dont miss your lunch / dinner time
5. Avoid eating in between
6. Avoid junk food
7. Have juice and fruit salad in the snacks
8. Stop drinking tea/coffee
9. Do this for 1 month you will see very good results
